Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer support was great. It seemed the easiest to use. We are not a big company and this seemed to work best for us.

  • Great Customer Support. Perfect Price Point Total Point of Sale program package. We have 22Years with the program.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes, it's too complicated for our needs. It's not able to split invoices between two or more credit cards.

  • The software crashes every time there is a small error. Sometimes, this occurs in a way that sells inventory, but doesn't enter the sale into the ledger.

  • Pros

  • I like the look and user friendliness of the widget on our website.

  • User friendly. App runs pretty quickly for scheduling. Reschedule button, quick call and mapping at the touch of a button. Message customers from app. Exceptional customer service.

  • Cons

  • The system is glitchy. Doesn't have the functionality promised by sales rep. It's complicated.

  • Notes do not save separately so when you have several notes about a client, you would end up with one long note. Not a biggie - but would be nice to see this improved.
