Excellent product from an efficient team

It has been very good experience so far, touch wood. Right from the initial discussions, to the price, to development and go live - the entire team of Althea has been both friendly and efficient. What impressed me most was the support team was always available, regardless of the time difference.

Pros

The simple layout makes it easy to use. The reports are tailor made for our needs. The translation is very flexible.

Cons

Some reports were not suitable for us. But this was promptly modified upon our request.

1) It was recommended by a reliable source. 2) The pricing was attractive. 3) The development team sounded very professional right from the first meeting.

Reasons for Switching to AltheaSuite

We were facing a lot of problems with our expensive software. And the problems took forever to resolve, to the extent that we gave up e-commerce and started running or business largely through what’s app.

Althea Suite can do anything for your Business

Simplydesi is an event based mobile food business and we were mainly doing Sammamish farmers market in 2018 -19 and annual events around Eastside areas like Redmond Derby days, Seattle Street food , Bellevue 4th July , Salmon day. In 2018 we had to do most of work manually in terms of taking and tracking orders. But using Althea resolved all our issues . We were able to take orders using the app, track all our orders , maintain product inventory and record all transaction. This increased our efficiency multifold and help us grow as business. As a business owner I would highly recommend Althea and their wonderful team . Special shout out to Alok and Deepa ( founders of Althea ) who personally handled all our requirements and helped us in many ways .

Pros

I think the best thing about Althea is we can customize it according to our business need . The exceptional team behind Althea will go above and beyond to accommodate your requirements.

Cons

I think Althea has come long way now. Initially when we used Althea ( then hyderdrive ) it was windows based and it was then difficult for us to us it on any other devices . But within few months they were able to launch their apps and it was so easy for us to use it across devices .

Best Software for Inventory Management

We are using this software since 2012 in our POS,Inventory,Warehouse management. Its a User friendly software with a very good support team.

Pros

Inventory,POS,Warehouse and Label Printing, Reports & Delivery management.

Cons

We are happy with software as of now we dont see any limitations. Their team helps us till last mile by adding additional custom features. AltheaSuite team is adding new enhancements everyday.

Swiff army knife

Pros

So far, I’ve absolutely love the customer service. Whenever I have a question they always go above and beyond to help me out

It’s a bit tough to get used to since it’s a little more intricate than my previous software but then again, this software has a lot more features.
