Bindo POS is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) system that offers inventory management, customer management and e-commerce within a suite. The solution integrates with online marketplaces so that shoppers can purchase products directly from in-store inventory. 

Bindo automatically populates live listing catalogs with a product photo, title and description, and users can then add price and quantity. Their matrix feature categorizes products with up to three attributes, such as color, size and material.

A customizable loyalty program is included with customer management to help build customer retention in an increasingly competitive market. By tracking a customer’s purchase history, retail associates can optimize the shopping experience. Bindo records important information like email address, phone number, points collected and redeemed and total sales.

The Bindo platform also comes with multi-store reporting. Users have instant access to metrics for tracking sales, products sold, refunds and online store visits.

Timer Saver

Pros

It might be a new retail POS but it is keeping up with the game. One of the best features of Bindo is Importing Data which is essential for merchants because it saves time and effort.

Cons

Customer Service might took a while to respond but still are responsive and reliable. I have not experienced major setbacks on this POS.

My experience are awesome!

Pros

I really like the BindoPos reward programs. Selling products as soon as possible to get a high profit. Customer service really do their job really good.

Cons

Rewards programs are delay soerimes. I will suggest to make their a promo discounts. To enhanced the customer satisfaction in using Bindo Pos.

They anwer you quickly BUT thats it.
Very easy to get out of a contract with.
Easy to speak with.

Cons

Problems with POS will not be addressed in a timely manner. When apple updates software Bindo doesn’t seem to be ready in time.

Affordable and Easy to Use

Pros

It has simple and easy to use. And because it is cloud-based, I can quickly add and manage inventory. It is also affordable but still gives an outstanding performance.

Cons

Because they are still new to the business, Bindo POS has limited tools, a little more time and it can update and upgrade it's services and tools.

Such great software.

Pros

For a long term using this Bindo Pos saves my business always. This Bindo is my partner to my success. The technical support is very accommodating.

Cons

A little bit of complicated as a first time of using this software. But then after of training I could easier to perform well. Bindo Pos gave me a potential to work hard in my business.

Pretty Good Software!

So Easy to Get Paid!

I wanted to accept credit cards but was afraid about getting all the equipment and not being able to monitor everything. Bindo (along with Quickbooks) resolved all the fears and now I can get paid easily without looking suspicious or inefficient.

Pros

Biased because I have an iPad and this works very well with it, but.... I got a scanner, a drawer, a CC reader, a printer for receipts, and this plays well with my Quickbooks! There's even free customer support and can do other mobile pay and online payments!

Cons

I haven't found it yet, at least the software, I wasn't a fan of the included iPad stand- but not everything can be perfect.

Worth every penny!

Great for many small businesses. Since the support isn’t available 24/7 it may not be a great fit for 24/7 convenience stores.

Pros

Easier to use than an iPhone! (And that’s saying a lot since even I could use it) pricing plans were simple and straight forward with no surprises.

Cons

I wasn’t too excited about the activation fee but I understand why in the end. The phone support wasn’t always available 24/7 which can be a deal breaker for some.

What I think.

Decent return on investment

I am satisfied. Good value for the cost and features. They do a good job with request and features. If your a smaller location or quick serve you will be fine.

Pros

It has more customization that other products I looked at, and I anticipate they will continue to develop the product. They do have the ability to manage 90% of the features from a remote location through their web interface which I liked. It does sync with QBO which is huge. Down to the invoice level I am told. Still have not completed that integration just yet. Able to use it in offline mode. Universal on hardware for the most part. They have a live demo.!!!

Cons

The payment integration is not as integrated as you would like to see. They can pass over totals to a third party card reader, but it is not fully integrated. Not a big deal and it works fine. But just something to note. I do think that there support is lacking in staff. They are still a growing company from my perspective and hopefully that will change in the future. I can say items are resolved. I like things to be done quicker but I have higher expectations. I am also not as satisfied with the reports. There are several out there but there should be a Z Report at minimal.
