Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

  • I like that it is very easy to use and teach people how to use it. Also all of the features that it has, makes it easy to book clients.

  • Cons

  • When clients try to book online through Booker, it sometimes does not put them on the books, or the slot is already filled and we will get double booked.

  • It's a little bit hard to get the reports and see the customers previous payments and visits, but once you get the software it is easy.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. Great integrations. The software continues to develop and get even better!

  • Pretty intuitive, and information is organized well. I like that it isn't hard to figure out basic functionality, and when you do have a question the support articles are super helpful.

  • Cons

  • Adding menu items is a little tricky, but if you have any problems, the team walks you right through it, or fixes it for you from their end.

  • Sometime it goes offline and the printers don't work, but the benefit of offline mode makes up for that completely.
