M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

The only problem I seem to continuously have is seeing multiple client entries in our client database.

The lack of Australian date formats, but it was fixed while I was in chat in one section, and I suspect it will be an option within a few days.

I was very impressed with the implementation process, the initial zoom meeting was incredibly insightful and helped make the decision to proceed with this service over others.

I liked the fact that there is tech support for all hours of the day when running into a conflict. They give you detailed step by step guides to follow and also give feedback with problem solving.

Best Multi-User Staff Scheduling Application - Hands Down.

The simplicity of the interface and the range of features that are available. Nearly every feature is configurable to create unique and customised solutions.

I love Flexbooker it makes booking online a breeze and helps to automate my company. It also very user friendly.

The inability for a customer to schedule multiple appointments without starting the process again.

Flexbooker was the center of our daily operations at one point, but as we've grown, we've tweaked our operations so scheduling is no longer a necessity.

I have different prices for days and evenings. That created some scheduling issues.

Impressive how well the sizing of forms adapts to the display size, whether on desktop or mobile and whether standalone, modal pop-up, or embedded.

Especially with the Pandemic. Flexbooker has been able to help us manage office Traffic and personal contact during these unpredictable times.

There are minor areas where the software seems 'clunky' or a little lacking in the UI, but these are minor inconveniences ... nothing that makes me dislike the overall platform.

FlexBooker Management phone apps for Android and iPhone are available. Excellent and easily accessible support via integrated chat and email.

The customer service has been outstanding with rapid responses from support teams.

Flexbooker was so easy to set up, intuitive to use and my customers love it. I was able to easily customize it for my business.

The text messaging option (for confirmation and reminders) should be automatic, people booking in often forget to tick it.

We are very impressed with Flexbooker and their tech teams attention to detail.

The customer service is stellar and the price vs. value is far superior to other tools we tried (and we tried about 10 before finding this one).

Overall, I've had a great experience with outstanding customer service from Flexbooker.

The only con I've found so far is that sometimes it's a little difficult to navigate the administrator side of the tool. But that's just a learning curve.
