Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.
  • It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.
  • Cons

  • Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.
  • I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

  • It's a nice company who helps with any issues that you might have.
  • Easy to set up from beginning to end. Customer Service team is just hands down AWESOME.

  • Visual appeal is low, takes a bit of a learning curve to know how to find a specific part of the system.
  • The fact that NCSoftware doesn't have 24 hours a day helpline. But that is also the same complaint our patrons have about us.
