Customers can give review even if they did not turn up and the customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT] WILL TELL YOU THEY WONT REMOVE IT AND THREATEN YOU.

Once in a couple of month my customers couldn't online booking  by themselves, they gets a frustrated.

In Canada, not having the capacity to process payment through Rosy is a major problem and a costly one in terms of time, efficiency, controls...etc.

The system is great and they have a very responsive customer service line. Definitely the best salon software system I have had the past 20+ years of working in the nail salon industry.

Training is provided by rep  who are very helpful and patient. Software is intuitive and user friendly.
