Pros/Cons
Pros
- Booqable was the best software I could find for renting many small items. Overall my experiences have been great with them and I was happy I found their software.
- The features are fantastic but I like customer service most. They're extremely helpful and responsive.
- Booqable is absolutely amazing. The online booking integration is hands down the most seamless and intuitive for the consumer/user.
Cons
- The inability to be able to upload documents (contracts) into Booqable is pretty inconvenient.
- Not all of our employees understand what's happening in the program and they do make mistakes when handling an order.
- I used to track our event products in an Excel spreadsheet, which leads to mistakes and confusion.
Pros
- Sortly has enable my team to be able to access information about our costumes offsite. The search function is wonderful and makes locating items super easy.
- I love the ability to add tags to sort easily when looking up something for a customer request, the ability to track assets value, and creating as many folders and subfolders as needed.
- IT's great, they are very helpful via email. The ipHone app is great, and so is the web app.
Cons
- Twice we lost several entries/data due to updates or system errors. We were unable to recover that data which was frustrating.
- My only complaint is it’s a bit pricey for the pro version of this app.
- I haven't had much experience with this yet, but seems confusing.
