Pros/Cons
Pros
- Booqable was the best software I could find for renting many small items. Overall my experiences have been great with them and I was happy I found their software.
- The features are fantastic but I like customer service most. They're extremely helpful and responsive.
- Booqable is absolutely amazing. The online booking integration is hands down the most seamless and intuitive for the consumer/user.
Cons
- The inability to be able to upload documents (contracts) into Booqable is pretty inconvenient.
- Not all of our employees understand what's happening in the program and they do make mistakes when handling an order.
- I used to track our event products in an Excel spreadsheet, which leads to mistakes and confusion.
Pros
- Absolutely love this and the ease of its use AND customer support is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fast.
- I like the user interface, I think it's easy to navigate. The automated email updates are helpful and the customer service is great.
- As a user I love the flexibility and ease of use this has brought to our organization. The automation of the travel approval process has been positively impactful.
Cons
- Seat selection was not available on all legs, and the ones I selected were ignored when the system made my reservation.
- Sometimes it takes longer or is confusing for me to upload a photo of a screenshot vs. just taking a photo of a receipt.
- The receipt system was a little bit tricky and aggravating.
