When you use the scrap refining process, there is no option for ACH which is odd since that is how most refiners pay out.

You pay several hundred a month for service and then before I even opened for my first day of business, I lost my IP address due to power outage. They wanted extra to reset the IP address.

Build any report you can think of and data is populated in a workable format. Customer support is AWESOME and has never let me down.

Since we, as the pawnbroker, some times have to enter new data, sometimes it gets entered wrong or labeled wrong but the Bravo techs will fix extremely fast.

It does, however, have everything broken down where we can total it manually.

Integration with Quickbooks and Square would accelerate the software from good to great. We are using two iPads right now, plus a cash register and a chip card reader.

It integrated with Shopify. I run an online-only consignment store, so getting a Shopify-integrated software was incredibly important.

Very easy to use and set up. Training the team on this program was very quick in comparison to the previous program we used.

Support is friendly, helpful and responsive. Invoice reports for consignors is great.

The filter features make it easy to find a specific item when searching through a large inventory. I am always impressed by the chat feature and how quickly I get a response.

But that shouldn't have happened in the first place. If I hadn't noticed, I would have likely been charged for longer than four months.

After I had cancelled my account, I was charged for four months after.

Overall experience is great. We've really enjoyed this software and the ease of using it.

There are many good features such as the automatic emails, and that you can set expiry dates etc. that are really helpful in our daily operations.

The easy shopify integration and the consignor access have really boosted our business. The ability to bulk edit consignments or retail items is also a real time saver.
