I converted to CAKE from using Aloha because I wanted to offer my customers online ordering. CAKE offers a nice integrated system.

Cake has been incredibly easy to use for my staff and they have great customer support that is always there when I need them.

I love that I can customize the system as I want and edit very easy. I like that there are tons of options to create and easy to find.

This is is easy to you, easy to train new employees and never shuts down. Customer service is excellent and work with you always.

CAKE POS is overall a great solution for running a business effectively.

Great software easy to maneuver from file to file I use the service everyday and always had a great experience.

One is the top things I enjoy most about this software is the ease of making changes so quickly. Adding and deleting items is a breeze.

The product was recommended by Sysco. The cost and the features explained was the selling point.

What I like most abou CAKE POS is how effective the product is. Their Customer service is also great.

Now while many restaurants use Sysco for delivery, they will all tell you that the company itself can drop the ball a lot, and be very costly to your business.

When I’ve had problems, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been the only one that will step out of the box and try to find a solution to my problem.

Ease-of-use I find it very easy to train your employees on it everything is super simple and customer service is excellent.

We feel very comfortable requesting new features and integrations based on our needs and we feel like they really listen to us and try to incorporate our ideas quickly and simply.

Sometimes it's hard to get support  on the phone when something does go wrong.

Need somemore restaurant feature and more reports. Was going to switch because of lack of some of the reports compared to Toast.

Now im stuck with a POS system. When your down  and struggling Im not one to burry someone.

We are very happy with CAKE, it saves me time bookkeeping, helps with inventory and is easy for our employees.

Also, they update the system frequently, so if there is a feature you would like to change or add just submit a suggestion to them. As I said before, they are extremely helpful and accommodating.

I am in my 70's and computers and electronics was not in my upbringing but the great support team guides me through every step that I have trouble with. Ease of operation is second to none.

We are certain this is because we took out the human error. Everything that is supposed to be charged for is now being charged and collected on.

Bad experience, I don't like to partner with cheap company and only can think of how they are going to rip you off.

We were able to activate and integrate it quickly and we love the reporting capabilities the system gives us.

They’re very inexpensive, and it’s a great way to jump into the POS scene. All of my employees love this system better than the others.

The quantity and quality of reports is amazing. CAKE University offers training for your staff and can provide answers for common questions so there is no need to call for support.

Lack of documentation is  my main concern about the product. Support from LS Retail can be quit difficult.

One of the best things about LS Retail is that it has been built on the most efficient SMB ERP Software(Navision). Its Data model is the best in the industry.

The solution was implemented in a multidimensional organisation with POS's, backend and frontend users. The ability to have everything (>90%) of your needs fulfilled is a fantastic feat.

No Security related to tables, Transaction margin, If you customize too much Microsoft Dynamics NAV you can have problems down the line.

LS Retail fulfills most of the customer's retail requirements like Advanced POS, Pricing, Discounts & offers, reports etc.

Amazing product with both pros and cons. Product carries history with great experience from implementers.

Data director is the most amazing feature with seamless functionality. It works really great in data replication.

I am using this software for more then 10yrs, using 4.5 version to updated ls central. I like how to they improve there quality of software, they have very good team while giving solution.

I think one of the best powerful tool for retailer market. I did a lots of customisation and integration and faced so many challenges but its comfortable to do it in nav versions.

Lots of Job Scope as this product provide a lot of Development Scope and Easily Customizable to fulfill the Client needs. More user friendly as like android application of Phones.

Hard for low end retailers to maintain and manage. Lack of training materials in latest versions.

The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place.

The barcode functionality couldn't work for me also there is no enough document about ls retail replenishment. It is not working at all.

Ease of Use and functionality available on POS. It captures all the essential features required be it related to Replenishment, Loyalty and Member Management, Gift Card, Credit Note on Sales Return.

We implemented Call center module which saved ton of cost and improve speed of customer service and delivery.

We did very good customization to integrate with our government fiscal printer (cash register machine) and we implement it for 9 stores. The integration capacity is good.
