Pros/Cons
Pros
- The system is awesome with very few issues and the support received is very good and quick. I have had the system for over 2 years and are extremely happy with it.
- We like using it for our time sheets, it's good for basic reporting, and the option for remote access works wonderfully. For the price point, CAKE is a good system to have.
- The price is the most attractive feature, as well as the ease of use. The flexible and affordable monthly payments are nice too.
Cons
- Now while many restaurants use Sysco for delivery, they will all tell you that the company itself can drop the ball a lot, and be very costly to your business.
- Bad experience, I don't like to partner with cheap company and only can think of how they are going to rip you off.
- My inability to completely understand all it's features.
Pros
- The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
- And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
- I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.
Cons
- Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
- Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
- You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
