  • Pros

  • API integration with Ecommerce shopping cart such as Shopify & Esty is great and seamlessly. Customized report is a powerful tool and Cin7 came with many great functionalities for a light ERP system.
  • Our implementation specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was FANTASTIC; incredibly personable, very patient and helpful, and just delightful to talk to.
  • The sophistication of the software is impressive as is the ability to deal with multiple locations, regions, pricing, fulfillment centers as well as its B2B platform.
  • Cons

  • Implimentation dragged on for many many months longer than planned, with poor communication, and having to resort to strongly worded emails to get any response at all.
  • The day we went live our "pre-live" manager disappeared, post-live support is not there. They couldn't fix even one out of 3 failing connections.
  • This resulted in a complaint being raised and a consultation period to agree if and how we could move forward. Once the complaint reached the right hands, it was dealt.

  • Powerful, flexible, very easy to keep up to date and reliable. Good integration with banking and statutory services.
  • The reporting and dashboards helped me make better decisions to grow my business. I'm very happy with choosing Xero as my accounting solution, and would recommend any startup to consider it.

  • Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.
  • There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.
  • The single most annoying thing about it is the support.
