Overall it helps bring structure to a consignment model where every item is unique and needs proper tracking. Cons: A few things would make Circle-Hand even stronger for luxury pre-loved workflows: the ability to customize steps more deeply (especially adding an Authenticity/Verification stage), a smoother back-and-forth for pricing proposals and counteroffers so we can apply a pricing strategy with the consignor, and stronger email automation. I believe Circle Hand was meant for businesses to use the client portal. Which is an awesome feature, but not in our process (yet). We asked them to tweak many things in the backend to fit our process (from 21 years in business), and they did! Reasons for choosing Circle-Hand Simply the best! We sell online, instore, insta with a zettle POS a mix of vintage , consignment, and gifts. So we needed a way to upload and track alot of individual garments quickly and flexibly. Max has helped us out with any issues we've had and even implemented additions to the app that we suggested. The apps works really well and works better every month. 100% would recommend. it's shaved hours off our workload and allowed us to streamline a lot of processes. (emailing sellers, tracking, uploading, tax things) Cons: it can be fidly to delete listings. and I've not quite figured out how to use the seller portal well with customers, it can still be hard to communicate with them Reasons for choosing Circle-Hand Max was good in our call answering my questions and it was cheaper.
