Fantastic pos for the industry
Having used the product for two years its very user friendly, my staff find it very easy to use and my customers love it when they loose there docket, we have there transactions at the touch of a button
PROSThe stats that are available and the quick invoicing function, my customers love it.
CONSThat its billed in US dollars, every thing else is fab

Excellent Product for Laundromats
Been very pleased with the product, once I got used to the features. There is a slight learning curve, but the support team is very good in guiding the user to get the best out of the product.
PROSGood customer service. Product easy to learn. Pricing is competitive
CONSIntegration with Doordash Would like to have a better forum where current Cleancloud users can share their knowledge and tips with each other.
Reason for choosing CleanCloud
Did not like the customer service and sales team for Cents. Curbside was expensive

Overall it's good I wish that we had a direct contact USA time to speak to some and get issues sorted and a little bit more trainung

CONSYou have no phone contact we have to email n some times u need assistance asap but u have to wait for email or someone to contact you back

Dry Cleaning POS
The ease of use with CleanCloud and that it is web based makes it easy to manage from anywhere.
CONSThe driver app is not user friendly and often time-outs or does not provide an efficient route for the driver.

Thanks for the feedback Rachel. We've made some recent updates to the driver app which should help. Grow and Grow+ customers can now choose to use Google maps or Route Pro to plan journeys. Hopefully that helps with planning more efficient routes. If you continue to have issues with the app timing out, please contact our support team or let us know in our Facebook Community.

Clean Cloud
Very positive. I've been happy with CC.
PROSI love the updates they keep rolling out. Their customer service has continued to improve! They have been doing a great job with helping with any issues. Receptive and professional. Adding some great features. They're improving ease of use, although it is pretty straightforward.
CONSSome features are a little clunky. But technology, eh? Nothing is perfect.

For the money and the features, I felt like it was the best deal with a lot of support features.
