Fantastic pos for the industry

Having used the product for two years its very user friendly, my staff find it very easy to use and my customers love it when they loose there docket, we have there transactions at the touch of a button

PROS

The stats that are available and the quick invoicing function, my customers love it.

CONS

That its billed in US dollars, every thing else is fab

Excellent Product for Laundromats

Been very pleased with the product, once I got used to the features. There is a slight learning curve, but the support team is very good in guiding the user to get the best out of the product.

PROS

Good customer service. Product easy to learn. Pricing is competitive

CONS

Integration with Doordash Would like to have a better forum where current Cleancloud users can share their knowledge and tips with each other.

Did not like the customer service and sales team for Cents. Curbside was expensive

Overall it's good I wish that we had a direct contact USA time to speak to some and get issues sorted and a little bit more trainung

Its mobile and you can log in from anywhere

CONS

You have no phone contact we have to email n some times u need assistance asap but u have to wait for email or someone to contact you back

Dry Cleaning POS

PROS

The ease of use with CleanCloud and that it is web based makes it easy to manage from anywhere.

CONS

The driver app is not user friendly and often time-outs or does not provide an efficient route for the driver.

Thanks for the feedback Rachel. We've made some recent updates to the driver app which should help. Grow and Grow+ customers can now choose to use Google maps or Route Pro to plan journeys. The Best Choice for Small or Large Laundromats!!

Love it! Most affordable software I have found that doest nickel and dime you to death with extra features. They take customer suggestions and actually put them into fruition. They do polls about your concerns and try to work them out.

PROS

The monthly cost. The fact that I didnt have to purchase a POS system its online. I can access it anywhere. I can cancel or upgrade at any time. Ease of use once setup. Free booking software and web.

CONS

Generic looking booking tool. Would like to be able to add some pizazz!

Reason for choosing CleanCloud

Affordability, ease of use, do not have to purchase a pos (I use my own computet) I can use Ipad or Android tablets. No contracts locked in can cancel at any time.

Reasons for switching to CleanCloud

Needed to upgrade and update. Im not a convenience store. Im a self-serve laundromat with a wdf service

Very positive. I've been happy with CC.

PROS

I love the updates they keep rolling out. Their customer service has continued to improve! They have been doing a great job with helping with any issues. Receptive and professional. Adding some great features. They're improving ease of use, although it is pretty straightforward.

CONS

Some features are a little clunky. But technology, eh? Nothing is perfect.

CleanCloud Delivers

We started off slowly implementing and still haven't implemented 100% yet but for the price compared to other similar software, this can't be beat. Why pay monthly royalties that you've worked hard for, when you can pay a flat rate fee. This is how it should be done and we appreciate them.

PROS

Great software that is easy to use once you've played around with it for a bit. They are constantly adding new features and making things easier. We wanted something simple that would alert customers when items are picked up and dropped off and this does that very well. It is also great for routing and overall management of orders in our warehouse. We really like it and so do our customers.

CONS

Really only support is by email. I was able to get a phone call when I had an issue that wasn't easily resolved. I have a small list of "like to have" items that they have been receptive to looking at and hopefully some of those will get implemented down the line.

Reason for choosing CleanCloud

Most of those companies are royalty based, have large setup fees, or just didn't offer the functions or ease of use we were looking for.

Best Cloud-based dry cleaning software

Overall, I am glad I came across CleanCloud. The staffs are very courteous and helpful when I need technical help. The software is very easy to use and implement. I don't think I am ever switching to another company!

PROS

I like that this software is cloud-based. I get to manage my business from anywhere. Plus, I can send texts to my customers from the website for a small additional fee.

CONS

I don't like that although I can send texts to my customers, they cannot reply to me. It would be great if they would allow for this option.

CleanCloud price and their cloud feature were options no other product offered to me!

Its been good. I like it a lot.

The flow through the cleaning process. The ability to logon anywhere and view / work out any of the pending orders.

CONS

Getting the PoS to work with our hardware (printing, scanning, cash drawer)

CleanCloud POS, Order Management and Delivery Driver app

From the day-to-day operations to the affordability to customer management, the CleanCloud people know how to provide SAS with ease of use and great training and support.

PROS

CleanCloud does everything I need it to do at a reasonable price. It streamlined our in-store operations and completely simplified our pickup/delivery business.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I'd have to give this some thought.

Best complete software package in market

Laundry Software that's got me in a spin!

Like any decent software you'd expect it to transform your working practices but my oh my we could not live without Cleancloud. We found the software by chance and since the day we got involved with the lovely crew at Cleancloud we have not looked back. Nothing is too much trouble. Love their pragmatic problem solving attitude when we have spoken to them about various proprietary requests that they have always managed to handle. The software does everything I could possibly need and more and my staff find it simple enough to use. Its elegant will cater for all my needs as my business grows LOVE LOVE LOVe

CONS

Nothing and given that the developers actively seek customers feedback and suggestions to develop this already comprehensive bit of kit, I'm sure if there was a con they would sort it out.

I love this software, it made my life so easy with the online booking facility.

Numerous benifits as its all integrated .Best part is the team at clean cloud are constantly updating with new features.

PROS

Simple and Easy to use. Its not just a point of sale or online booking stuff, it actually saved me tons of hours in admin work. Got excellent features.

CONS

Agents billing is a bit hard as there is no provision to discount their percentage in monthly invoicing. Text credits are bit expensive. If the app has push notification facility that will be great. Also if the app has some images of garments facility it will be better.

Best epos for dry cleaners and laundries

After investigating the various options for my commercial laundry. CleanCloud offered the best solution. It's innovative and being cloud based it is convenient. Although it isn't perfect, yet. There are some integration limitations with other accountancy apps. It is however, being constantly updated and new customer led features are being added. The customer service is excellent! I would highly recommended CleanCloud, you certainly won't find one that's better for the money, we would be lost without it.

PROS

Cloud based. Great value for money Really aids workflow and staff management Customers like getting emails, brings the dry cleaning industry into the 21st century!

CONS

Can be a bit clunky in its operation Some extra accountancy features would be good.

I'm Impressed!!

I have been looking at software for over 3 years that would accommodate most of my needs; easy to use, value for my money & customer support. Honestly, my husband was using a DOS system for over 20 years in which worked perfectly fine but definetly needed updateing. Believe it or not I have gone to all sorts of dry cleaning convention and found CleanCloud on my twitter feed one day. So I decided to research the software, do the trial and even go as far as paying for it to be able to test the product. Why you ask? Well after doing research for 3 years I found that an investment of $500 to test run their product was a lot cheaper than spending $25,000 for other software. I am SO impressed with their customer service; nothing imperfect bt I am in USA and they attend to me immediately and without hesitation. Go for it and get the software-believe it will be worth your time and money!!! I highly recommend it.

PROS

You can use your exisiting hardware, the customer service is fantastic (Simon & Peter are excellent), I have found nothing that is as innovated and cost effective. Although the look is very plain, I love it because most dry cleaning programs have to many images and can be confusing for our staff.

CONS

My only con is that it doesn't intergrate with Inuit Quickbooks; which is the accounting software I use.

Extremely happy with CleanCloud

The support staff is great. Any issue I’ve encountered, which has been very few, has been taken care of almost immediately.

PROS

Ease of use for all employees. My customers absolutely love the text message reminders on order completion.

CONS

I wish it spoke with QuickBooks on both ends. Also with they had an IOS Pos app for smartphones.

Cleancloud is the best Partner to work with in Software Solutions

Great product with unparalleled service and support

as i said, good software with amazing support above and beyond what anyone could hope for

This software runs our business but we have had issues with browsers, operating systems and printers .... basically i was out of my depth. the engineers at CleanCloud worked on helping me resolve the issue with the printer above and beyond what i could have ever expected. timely support so i can get get on with running my business

Amazing value

Working with Clean Cloud has been the best experience when it comes to cloud software for the laundry business. We have tried numerous products and no comes close to the quality, features and pricing provided by Clean Cloud.

PROS

Clean cloud provides a ton of features right out of the box in managing our Laundromat/laundry business. They are constantly adding new features and have always been very helpful in resolving issues.

CONS

The software needs internet access at all times to work reliably.

PROS

All features are great, metrics, marketing management, CRM, and so on. It's really straighforward.

CONS

Nothing to complain about so far. But I would say that definitely more features can be added as the payment options, should be already integrated etc.
