Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is easy to use and easy to configure.

  • The interface is clear, easily navigated and very editable to meet your needs. This has been ideal for our coffee truck that enjoys making custom, often complicated orders.

  • Cons

  • There is not much to dislike about this software, other than the inventory module is not included from the start.

  • I haven't found any cons up to now, the only thing is it will be better if when using it the taxes from certain products will remove automatically. Instead of doing it manually.

  • Pros

  • Customer support was great. Very supportive when I called.

  • This software was very easy to use and most of the time customer support was always on our side. There were a lot of options to use to run our business successfully.

  • Cons

  • I wish it would display ALL the future appointments a client has on the confirmation page. It would greatly help me to realize mistakes I've made on my schedule.

  • all the updates sometime I'm home and my app won't work because of updates . I also wish it was quicker to book on my cell it's a lot of steps
