Pros/Cons
Pros
- We used clover and it was great and easy. Convenient to customers and us workers the place is closed down now but it was great while it was up.
- Tons of good reporting features built in as well. We are a Non-profit and have a great relationship with clover, love the software and ease of use.
- We switched to clover because our bank recommended it for keeping our point of sale credit card transactions secure. We have been very happy with them.
Cons
- But the 75% it runs terribly. And if I choose to call them about a problem, I will be on the phone for a hour or longer, every time.
- There are several charges for having this type of system that they neglect to tell you about, so it end up much more expensive than you expect. Also, the reporting is weak.
- I wish I would have read other people's reviews before I invested in it because I have had to contact a lawyer to deal with this mess. Absolutely terrible company and the customer service is awful.
Pros
- The simplicity and ease of use is of the ordering system is by far the best I've seen, and I've worked with many different providers. The customer service is next to none;fast, friendly, and reliable.
- Without question the best part of Flipdish is their customer service, and ease of access to that service. Superb from start to finish and you’re treated like you matter and not just another client.
- Easy to use and efficient for customers, investment not very high, quick installation, helpful and useful advice from sales rep. Changes are online very quick, fantastic after sales promotions.
Cons
- There is nothing I can say that is negative about this company, nor its services.
- We receiving order for our other branch store and it is confusing.
- It sometimes goes to the wrong date when doing the end of day report.
