The devices are not cheap, so if anything happened to it that could be an expensive loss.

Not much to like about Clover. It gets businesses with its cheap entry pricing and variable processing rates sound good but in reality it will bleed you dry.

Can't think of anything at this time as a negative about this software.

Great customer service, great developers. Lots of apps to accomplish just about anything with your business.

Running credit cards for the whole order, it chooses to run for half or some random total...but not what it says. Beyond frustrated with this pos.

But the 75% it runs terribly. And if I choose to call them about a problem,  I will be on the phone for a hour or longer, every time.

Before, we were paying a certain percentage across the boards, with Square. Now we have great fees and pricing with Clover.

I personally haven't dealt with their customer service but the owner of the CPR training site said they were great and helpful.

We had some issues with tracking some lost sales and were unable to resolve it due to the poor tracking capabilities.

It tracks cost as well and at the top of the report it gives an overview of net profit, COGS, and gross profit-very nice.

Still trying to hit my bank account  after I cancelled my account and sold the equipment.

I wish I would have read other people's reviews before I invested in it because I have had to contact a lawyer to deal with this mess. Absolutely terrible company and the customer service is awful.

Cant switch because the buy out is 10,000.00 for something that costs 2000.00 at most. 3 Clover Minis ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

We used clover and it was great and easy. Convenient to customers and us workers the place is closed down now but it was great while it was up.

This is a fun way to engage with customers. Clover also has a way to keep the phone numbers of patrons, so the rewards are integrated seamlessly without us having to manage them.

Needed a new Payment Processor and they killed it.

Clover has the best interface and is very user friendly. The function to do reports at the end of the day is also great.

What I like most about Clover is that it can be downloaded on any smart device as app and has an easy to use card chip reader.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with Clover. I have even called their support system before and the representatives were friendly and efficient.

The question was about software and I mentioned the hardware because honestly its probably the only good thing. Ok they have good integrations in their marketplace as well, there are a lot.

I use Clover for local business 'reward' tracking. Clover works great, it tracks your points/visits, allows you to 'check in' and shows rewards you have earned.

It is super easy to use. I have two different clover devices for different providers and they are all great.

I was not initially interested in using credit card for my small practice but  I mus admit it made life easier. It was easy to set up and customer service was very helpful.

If you email a problem takes up to a week for someone to get back to you. If you call with an issue you are usually on hold for over an hour.

I'm impressed with the ease of use and customizable features.

I like how clean clovers technology is as a user. Their user interface and physical card reader are clean and work perfectly.

Entering CRM data, entering customer visit data, expenses etc are quite nice. After entering data, the software offers you opportunities.

Hard to be an expert, takes one year to kkow almost everything in just one module.

I lack a more distinctive user interface, but SAPU programmers are able to customize them for you. More investment in hardware is needed.
