  • Pros

  • This is a fun way to engage with customers. Clover also has a way to keep the phone numbers of patrons, so the rewards are integrated seamlessly without us having to manage them.
  • We switched to clover because our bank recommended it for keeping our point of sale credit card transactions secure. We have been very happy with them.
  • Tons of good reporting features built in as well. We are a Non-profit and have a great relationship with clover, love the software and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • But the 75% it runs terribly. And if I choose to call them about a problem, I will be on the phone for a hour or longer, every time.
  • I wish I would have read other people's reviews before I invested in it because I have had to contact a lawyer to deal with this mess. Absolutely terrible company and the customer service is awful.
  • There are several charges for having this type of system that they neglect to tell you about, so it end up much more expensive than you expect. Also, the reporting is weak.

  • The ease with which I can manage my content. I also love the Portal and it's ability to get a somewhat realtime snapshot of the business even if I'm not there.
  • We have been very happy using TouchBistro. We love the sleek look of the iPad and how easy it is to use.
  • The use of use for my employees and the customer support is fantastic. The flexibility of running a FOH and the ease of use from FOH to the BOH is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Authorized Touch bistro Dealer from SWFl was a total fraud and he took $1800 from and did no service at all we wasted more than 2 weeks for them to installl the softare.
  • The implementation team is very arrogant, not knowledgeable and irresponsible. Poor support after go live.
  • Touchbistro's inability to deliver on the dream they created. The amount of labor, money, loss of customers my business suffered because of this defective POS system.
