The key attributes that our company required in an enterprise solution, right out of the box, were: ease of installation/ conversion, full apparel functionality , flexibility, user friendly, full electronic commerce capabilities both upstream and downstream, and a stable platform. Xperia was hands down the best combination of these business and ERP needs. The Xperia enablers were implemented quickly and smoothly, and allowed our start up to achieve in excess of 14 million in shipments during our first year and to over 34 million in year two. The technical staff at Xperia provided our user community with the technical support required to seamlessly introduce full E.C. transactions with our customers and throughout our offshore supply chain. The best reference I can provide relating to the Xperia package is found in the success of our business and the service levels we have been able to provide continuously and predictably to our customers. The support provided by their team is exceptional - attentive and always available to assist. Some programs are inconsistent across modules. For example, function key purposes change between modules / programs. Function key to update a program is F9 for some programs but F10 in other programs.
