Value for money
Great Customer Service UX is cumbersome
Mixed. I really like the customer support and their willingness to work with you and find solutions to the issues you face, on the other hand the support requires them to fix things on your end and not theirs which if you have a long line of customers in front of you makes it very difficult to troubleshoot. In addition large catalogs have very specific settings that need to be set in order for it to function.
THey offer 24/7 customer service with a hotline and a whatsapp group for immediate assistance. In addition, the team is very willing to work with you on customizations if you need and find solutions so your onboarding is a success.
The interface is broken up to different domains, it's not always easy to find the settings you are looking for and it seems that sometimes settings revert back from what you set them to.
