The second issue is the lack of customization options.

Integration with Quickbooks and Square would accelerate the software from good to great. We are using two iPads right now, plus a cash register and a chip card reader.

Very easy to use and set up. Training the team on this program was very quick in comparison to the previous program we used.

The filter features make it easy to find a specific item when searching through a large inventory. I am always impressed by the chat feature and how quickly I get a response.

But that shouldn't have happened in the first place. If I hadn't noticed, I would have likely been charged for longer than four months.

After I had cancelled my account, I was charged for four months after.

There are many good features such as the automatic emails, and that you can set expiry dates etc. that are really helpful in our daily operations.

The easy shopify integration and the consignor access have really boosted our business. The ability to bulk edit consignments or retail items is also a real time saver.

My only complaint is about returns. The system defaults to backing out the cost of goods on any return regardless of whether it is returned to inventory.

Easy to use and could expand it way beyond what I use it for. Not flashy or heavy so it functions nicely on older computers.

I've had sales come out of the wrong place in the inventory; sold X, inventory says I sold Y. I have contacted you about both problems in the past and received no help.

We have used Retail Plus for over 8 years and have been very satisfied. Support has been quickly and effectively provided on the few problems we have experienced.

We have been using Retail Plus for the last 10+ years starting with version 2.5. The best features for us are the inventory and ordering systems and of course we can not forget about the sales screen.

I don't like how this software is meant to be used with a touch screen monitor.

When the inventory is changed, the pricing gets screwed up; either everything is rounded to the nearest dollar or the decimal places are 10 digits long.

I called customer service when I had questions and the response was quick and helped me resolve my issues. Easy to train new staff and has all the features needed for a small business.

Inexpensive and super easy to use. All staff were easily trained on it.

The software is easy to use, and easy to teach to new staff. Shortcuts with the F keys make completing transactions much quicker.
