The software is reasonably priced, user friendly and has very responsive customer service.

I would recommend this to everyone starting a consignment store brick and mortar or on line. Why pay more when you get everything right here.

I absolutely made the BEST decision when I chose SBS Solutions for my consignment software...that is the 100% truth. It's easy to navigate and the reports are what really helps me.

Biggest problem: difficult to locate sold items in multiples (because it internally assigns a new number for multi-item transactions, making it difficult for consignors to know what item sold).

The best advice I got was to check out SBS Solutions. I googled the 3 different programs,  and  I googled SBS Solutions and read the reviews and loved that they had 24/7 SUPPORT.

The current set-up requires that I read each commonly asked question until i find the one that closely matches my problem, I find that extremely inconvenient.

Our Consignment Shop does a few things differently so John has been awesome in making sure we are using he software to our best ability and tweaking it for us if necessary.

The ease of use and the ease of being able to make a new person run with it pretty much right from the get go.

A big advantage is you can pick and choose what best fits your store operation when setting up your software and always contact Pawnmaster if change is necessary in the future.

There is quite a learning curve and we still are learning everyday what we to use to help run our store but customer service and the online tutorials are a great help.

Find another provider; they are horrible at service. There is no training provided, and they cost 3x more than anyone else.

Ease of use, great reporting and flexible functionality. It is a one stop shop for every transaction type in the pawn business.

Quality- I haven't had a single issue with the software and they even worked with me to help it work on some of my old equipment.

There are options included in this software that are so much more advanced than TOPS and other software I have used in the past. Integration with text messaging and eBay posting is very useful.
