Not the PC fault as it is High-end. It was 1 second when intially installed but seems to be badly written database management. You have to uninstall and reinstall the prodcut afresh. Customer Service were of no use as , apparently we did not pay additional $ for support Reasons for choosing Copper POS Simple design, basic features that we needed, ease of setup and use.
