  • Pros

  • We appreciate the ease with which we can create a proposal and the flexibility to make customizations. Curate has a polished look that sets us apart from our competitors.
  • I like that i can save recipes,shopping lists,exact stem counts,the price integration part and also that i can streamline my business.
  • Cons

  • I desperately need client management for emails. I can't keep track of them so having a section where it's in the client portal including emails back and forth is imperative.
  • Not up-to-date pricing on some things...duplicate items that show up as duplicate or as another line item...at times confusing when ordering from the shopping list.

  • I love how easy building a recipe is; I used to build them at the end before ordering but building them out from the get go will help significantly in the busier months.
  • I've been using Details Flowers Software since it first was launched and I have loved it and every update that they have created to save me time and benefit my business ever since.
  • Cons

  • Having two programs makes for difficult accounting.
  • I've also had to troubleshoot issues with clients who were unable to see the proposal on their computers due to lack of compatibility in multiple browsers.
