  • Pros

  • Easy to use for the most part, team is accessible to chat with.
  • The inventory tracking is great. And the portability of the software being in the cloud is just awesome.
  • Cons

  • No web store for customer self-service. No iOS/Android app (don't let the screen shots fool you, this is not designed for an iPad experience).
  • No internet no system this can cause an issue of working on the cloud however touch wood it hasn't happened yet.

  • Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.
  • We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.
  • Cons

  • Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.
  • The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.
