Current RMS is terrific rental software that is practical, easy to use and looks great. Customer service is second to none with free initial training (not that it's needed).

Pictorial layout makes sense & looks great. CRM & Project integration (Invoicing too but we don't use that feature...yet).

Where ever we are - from New York to London, Current RMS helps us keep track of our equipment and projects perfectly.

Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.

The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.

Cost of hardware was for fixed period, but they offered no discount once that period was over. Basically intend to charge for the cost of the hardware, indefinitely.

Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.

The worst part was that, with only two weeks into implementation , they refused to refund the $3100.00 we paid siting contract guidelines and charged us an additional  $1300.00 cancellation fee.

I shopped extensively and found Revel to be the best value, with support and ease of use.

Inventory is fairly simple. I like the look of the software.

Customer service has always been excellent for technical help.

We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.

Good POS software that can help you clean up your POS offerings. Provides fairly good POS protection and security for your business.

All of it is just so damned cumbersome, takes so many taps on the ipad and is not intuitive. Even for our millennial cashiers.

The revel system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Uploading new merchandise or making instant changes to products or prices makes for a great and easy way to control your inventory.

Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.

Good idea, good realization on the hardware concept, but buggy software.

This makes it hard to get the price right. Have had to do a manual discount, rather than percentage to work around this.

In fact for the last update, the app told me that it was the most up to date, but finally on the back end of Revel there was a warning that I needed to update or my system would be obsolete.
