Toast reps and customer service do not return calls. Credit card charges duplicate weekly on multiple customers accounts for no reason.

It is now June 27th and the ticket is still open and no one has responded. Their customer service is the WORST.

Unable to customize location picker page. They claim that they are the payment processors but fail to take responsibility or help with disputes.

Software is very easy to use. Pos system is good, not very colorful but still easy to maneuver.

You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.

Printer routing and other back of house set up is a breeze. Customer service staff is well trained and very reliable.

It will run many reports that are helpful. The connection to a mobile phone is great because you can do almost anything from the mobile phone that you can do from the desktop.

And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.

TOAST is actually one of the worst POS systems you can use. I have been a restaurant industry veteran on the owner's side for over a decade.

It was seamless it integrate our products onto the software prior to opening. The kitchen display screen is a lifesaver.

For example, sorry, but we are out of this item or here's how we are doing curbside pickup, etc. There is only a teeny, tiny way to notify guests with a small banner atop your page that no one sees.

I've been trying to set up online ordering for weeks now. It's been counting a lot of problems because of the basic lack of customer support.

As a GM, the reporting was user friendly and easy to generate. It was so mainstream and I love that automatic reports I could sent up to send to myself every day.
