Cyclo by Octahedron is a cloud-based retail management solution designed for small and midsize stores that sell, build and repair bicycles. It offers point-of-sale, customer management and retail accounting functionalities within a suite.

Cyclo features barcoding and RFID methods for stock control. Cyclo also features calendar and scheduling, which allows users to track repairs, services and builds by staff members, customers and timeframe.

Cyclo also features mobile point-of-sale, which allows store operators to bill the customers in the store and provide them with paper and electronic receipts. Their customer management application enables users to track and schedule communications, record wishlists and view purchase histories. Cyclo also features automated reminders, which allows users to send email and text notifications for services scheduled, loyalty programs and events.

Cyclo offers subscription pricing and is available in four different pricing plans - Free, Starter, Medium and Unlimited, based on the number of sales and inventory items.

It is now integrated with SAP products, and is already part of SAP.

Cons

Included in the enterprise license for the SAP, as it has been aquired by them, so no separate license is required.
