Pros:

You can create different kinds of appointments to see which ones work best. Plus, how much you can change easy week to fit your needs is really great. No matter what job you have, if you need to schedule a meeting, easyweek helps you do it without any trouble.

Cons:

There's a lot going on. You need to handle the navigation part with patience. It's not difficult, but there are many pieces to keep track of at times. Layers within layers to get everything set up just right so you get the outcomes you're looking for. That's actually positive, even if it doesn't seem that way at first.

Easy to work with, not the most expensive, easy to reschedule appointments, labels are helpfull and it's nice that I can add images to the sevrices.

Cons:

I would love to add products that I sell whenever I am 'checking out' a service to a customer. Some services need an intake, it would be nice if I could add it and automate it to services whenever a clients books something specific. Sometimes a service has optios to personalize it, it is still a bit difficult to arrange that.

Overall, our experience with EasyWeek has been positive. The platform is easy to use, quick to implement, and provides a professional booking experience for customers. However, as businesses grow, limitations become more noticeable, especially regarding integrations with German accounting and POS solutions. Greater transparency around subscription changes and stronger support for business integrations would significantly improve the platform.

Pros:

EasyWeek was very easy to set up and allowed us to start accepting online bookings quickly. The integrated website and booking widget worked well, and the interface was intuitive enough that our team could use it without extensive training. For a small business, it offers a fast way to get started with online appointment management.

Cons:

The biggest limitations for us are the lack of integrations with software commonly used by German businesses and the way subscription changes were handled. While EasyWeek covers appointment scheduling well, we cannot properly connect it with our accounting and POS systems, which creates additional manual work. We were also affected by unilateral changes to the scope of our subscription, resulting in features and conditions differing from what we originally signed up for. For a growing business, predictability and transparency are extremely important.

Cons:

The Lithuanian translation could be improved as some phrases are inaccurate, and date formats should be more flexible. Also, the Gift Cards section needs improvement in terms of design and technical functionality to be more user-friendly.

Because it offered an excellent price-to-quality ratio and functioned almost like a separate company website.

Because the design there is very poor and it lacks any additional features.

Cons:

One of the biggest drawbacks for me has been the design and flexibility of the EasyWeek widgets. The current widget options feel visually outdated and don’t offer enough control over layout, spacing, or branding. Customisation is limited, especially when trying to match the widget to a business’s colour scheme or overall style. Some elements can’t be removed or rearranged, which makes the booking page look less polished than I’d like. In addition, certain features shown in older versions are no longer supported, yet the new widget settings don’t always appear or load correctly, making it difficult to adjust or troubleshoot. For a platform that aims to provide a modern booking experience, the widget design tools still need significant improvement.

it's super user friendly, easy to use and the UX for the customers is great!! we came from another provider, and thanks to this we doubled our conversion rate in new bookings.

some details like multiple service selection, being able to choose notifications (all our team gets an email when we have a booking).. but that's it.
