A great find
I used this software for a client and have been amazed with the features. I don't know of any tool like this, helps greatly with anything restaurant related like reservations, menus, seats and all that good stuff.
CONSThe price may be a bit high for some people's standards but you get what you pay for. Other than that, great app.

Affordable and gt potential
It has improved quite a lot so the complain I had before are mostly resolved. the only thing that I am not happy about is the fewer restaurants and cafes on their platform
PROSCompare to a couple of years back it has improved a lot, issues that were there from the beginning were almost resolved. easy to use and the layout is friendly. The timely response from the support team helps resolve most of the issues on time.
CONSIncrease numbers of restaurants/cafes. Allow users to report directly as an issue or problem occurs.

No help setting up the app
It would have been fine if we could have gotten the help we needed in the initial set up. But because that help wasn’t there the implementation and use of the software was hampered to a crawl
PROSThe software has promise the floor plans were way better than open table
CONSCustomer service was almost non existent

Good for the price
This is our companies first time using any reservation software so this was a big deal. Software is very easy to use. Also for the price it’s very good.
CONSThere’s not a huge hype about it in the United States it seems. So I feel like it falls short on marketing and promotion. Maybe more emails and demos on updates that happen.

Eat App is always improving
After over 4 years of of working together, the Eat App team continues to improve, by taking into account what we, as service providers actually need. Their hands on approach and willingness to constantly evolve and upgrade is what sets them above the rest.
CONSSo far I have not noticed anything I would change. The Eat App team is always taking our feedback into consideration.

Great for online bookings
It's been great for our business to make it more convenient for our customers to make reservations with us.
PROSVery easy to use and the team at Eat App were great at he us to set it up for our business.
CONSWe would prefer a restriction on the number of tables rather than the covers, but the Eat App team are actively trying to set this up for us.

Eat app reservation system
it covers all of your need to manage a reservation system for your restaurants. the best part that it has the automation of the reservation from assigning tables and sending SMS to customers. the backend its very easy to use and no need for lengthy training to employees, you can say its self explanatory.

Great tool for mid-tier restaurants
Overall good.
PROSEasy to use and a decent set of functionalities for a reasonable price
