- We also love the support that is offered with live chats when trouble shooting. The ongoing training updates and tutorials are quite amazing and make a smooth process in training new employees.
- The daily dashboard gives a quick glance of how the day is going. Support team is always helpful.
Cons
- Also, customer service chat has very limited hours that do not accommodate our evening employees during their close-out if they have questions. Also, their email marketing only allows us to send.
- Missing features are apparent in any software. However we try and keep up on the latest.
Pros
- Toast is amazing it not only can handle on the fly menu changes, but can also work as your punch clock. Runs very smoothly on android os.
- Nice features and ways to set up the menu for ease of use by employees. User-friendly up to a certain extent.
Cons
- Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
- Took 4 months to get someone to finally review the credit card charges only for him to “shine me on” which is frustrating to a business owner.
