"First they conned me into getting their complete Epos solution by assuring me it would work with my Datalogic scanner and scale hardware. When it did not work and I complained, they claimed they never told me their solution would work with my hardware. When I made a data request to retrieve the chat between myself and their sales rep to prove I was right, I got nothing but excuses."

"The system fails in many ways for the industry being tailored to a retail point of sale "payment at purchase" model - and every time I have raised a deficiency in the system for my industry I am simply told "that is the way it works" and that I can make a request for change."
