"you can ring their help line which is answered by staff who are extremely nonweldable and helpful. If required, the support team can remotely access the customer's till system to resolve issues."

"First they conned me into getting their complete Epos solution by assuring me it would work with my Datalogic scanner and scale hardware. When it did not work and I complained, they claimed they never told me their solution would work with my hardware. When I made a data request to retrieve the chat between myself and their sales rep to prove I was right, I got nothing but excuses."

"The system fails in many ways for the industry being tailored to a retail point of sale "payment at purchase" model - and every time I have raised a deficiency in the system for my industry I am simply told "that is the way it works" and that I can make a request for change."
