Pros
- Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading.
- Experience has been good. Live support team has been very very helpful.
- It is pretty much 24/7 and the customer service dept is helpful and understanding of the clients, walking me step-by-step through any problems/questions I encounter.
Cons
- Very very bad experience. Please do your homework before you consider eposnow as you will regret this later.
- I am so disappointed in EPOS NOW support. My system is running extremely slow and my staff and customers are complaining.
- Horrible im lucky if I get a response. Still waiting on phone calls from them its a sad company that robs people of their money.
