Pros/Cons
Pros
- Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading.
- The system is very easy to use and is super user friendly. Customizable dashboards were a big plus as well.
- Been a functional system for my Golf Simulator business with great processing fee rates and the customer service has been very good.
Cons
- Very very bad experience. Please do your homework before you consider eposnow as you will regret this later.
- I am so disappointed in EPOS NOW support. My system is running extremely slow and my staff and customers are complaining.
- Horrible im lucky if I get a response. Still waiting on phone calls from them its a sad company that robs people of their money.
Pros
- They trust their information is secure. They are also impressed with the NPC ability to tap to pay with our phones.
- Like I've said from the beginning everything has been great and if I did have any questions customer service was more than happy to help me out.
- What I like best about Square is the flexibility, convenience and overall use of the Square POS. This is absolutely the best user friendly software for retail.
Cons
- I HATED the fact that the customer service was so terrible. There is no phone support, only email support and a lot of the time the responses are copy pasted with generic answers.
- There have been times where the customer was charged twice and times where the customer was never charged at all.
- Inventory management and reporting is lacking. Also, occasional account freezing due to suspected fraudulent activity.
