Cons: The implementation took some time, and to understand the inventory and back office is some time hard, you could include different languages for people in other countries using the software, and maybe more aware of the updates for the software as we never hear when we need to update ours. Also interface cannot be customized to what you want. Need a better recipe management system. Need more sync features to automatically sync based on time and not a manual process.
