Review of MYDATAMART analytics platform
FDS provides a level of expertise, quality and customer support that differentiates them in the marketplace. They are an excellent partner to both individual and group pharmacies, and are unafraid to go above and beyond to ensure customer success.
PROSIntuitive, user friendly, good user interface, actionable data, reports delivered by email at user's specificity, platform is superior to reporting capability of any pharmacy software system in the marketplace, very strong customer support

Excellent reporting companion to your RxSoftware
Good customer service/ account manager. Willing to innovate and frequently collects feedback from users.
PROSThe email subscription feature and how it allows you to get your customized reports delivered automatically to you via email on a cadence of your choosing.
CONSLack of reporting on rebates. It allows you to identify at the NDC level only. More reporting can be done here - e.g. show me reports in aggregate of previous months purchases. Use case: to reconcile with what we actually get paid by our buying group.

Software is clunky and not effective for user reconciliation
The conversion left a lot to be desired. No help in identifying PBM's that direct contract. You have to do that yourself.
PROSThe theory that you could manage your reconciliation and get reports.
CONSThey purposely make their self-reconciliation software very clunky and inefficient. Claims do not match up, even when there is an exact match on date, RX number and amount. You would have to "rematch" 90 percent of your claims even when there are exact matches. After "rematching" a claim, instead of reverting to your previous screen (high dollar sorting) to the reversal sort (low dollar). I will be looking for another option for my reconciliation.

They presented a much better product than they delivered.

I thought FDS would be a better option.

Fake Promises
You can get paid claims even if you are not contracted .......... 80% of paid claims are rejected by medicare ..so you never get paid.
PROSI like their promises ... their talking is so great ... just words
CONSNo depth of their knowledge of the pharmacist needs.
