The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

Overall it is great and the cost is very reasonable.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

The customer service group at FB understand manufacturing and are always there to guide you along the way. Great product, great price, great customer service.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

I love all of the Fishbowl Support team members.

Back end down for Two days - First line support ultra weak - Advance Reporting is basic.

Keep focusing on customer satisfaction with delivering awesome products with an awesome support team.

Service - Limited concern for the customer's problems. No effort to actually work through and understand a client's business.

The software is comprehensive. Many add-ons are available at high costs.

Staff loves the ease of use of the front end. I love the simplicity of updating the online site, the data available for export in the office, and the full integration with our other software.

And the best part is full integration with our online site, POS, accounting software, and scheduling software.

This company is totally crooked. Do not make the same mistakes that I have.

The tool does a great job of multi-location inventory management. The metrics are also very useful.

It is simpler and easier to follow than Lightspeed Retail's back end. Reporting features are extremely helpful.

First, there is limited to no inventory management. As well, there is no way to have a negatively priced product (for example if someone returns something).

I don't like to lie and obviously the POS is not perfect. There are always areas to improve, and be more functional and works better as with any system.

Lightspeed Restaurant is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution for restaurants suitable for full-or quick-service restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotel restaurants, cafes and more. Key features include floor management, customer tracking, inventory tracking, gift card support, offline mode and an iOS mobile app.
