Pros
- Thank you so much for all your help. It’s nice to know that this company truly cares about their customers.
- Not only does the software function great, but the team at FlexBooker has been available for comprehensive help at every step of the implementation process.
- It is user friendly and the staff are wonderfully responsive both in knowledge and speed of reply.
Cons
- However, after I paid, the support became almost nonexistent. The system itself was misleading and faulty—it failed to show a critical booking, and I nearly missed an important appointment.
- Still, it was an issue out of the box that we simply were missing some features for a very large scale operation.
- The inability for a customer to schedule multiple appointments without starting the process again.
Pros
- It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.
- It's completely safe and easy for all ages to use with perfect reminders to clients. The review system is also great with customers being able to check you out properly.
- In one click an overview of all the important reports. And the customer services is OUTSTANDING.
Cons
- The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.
- M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.
- M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
