  • Pros

  • It's certainly the best software that is helping us manage our appointments. I love how features rich is this app and all the reminders.
  • They understand the needs of their customers and will go to great lengths to achieve their happiness and satisfaction. The system is very easy to use once you get set up properly.
  • I just did an SMS marketing to sell Masks for coronavirus and I was flooded with customer calls and I loved it. Great user friendly and customer support.
  • Cons

  • In the set up phase I made a few mistakes, which lost my set up a couple of times, duplicated everything another.
  • IMO, the only thing missing was the quote feature and it has been added literally 2 days ago.
  • I am on the older version and I wish I had access to every function of the software on my mobile device. I'm going to switch to the new software and this should fix this problem.

  • Great design, innovative software, great client services, very informative and useful when dealing with patients, blacklist option (have not needed to use it, just like the option of being there).
  • I am no doctor but I know a few, and it does my heart good to know there's good indicaonline to help with these ailments.
  • This software is the best and the most affordable in the industry of cannabis track & trace. I have used many platforms and nothing comes close to ease of use, transparency & compliance.
  • Cons

  • They show a bunch of features on the demo but a lot of them don't work and they will not attempt to fix them. You will be unable to text your customers through the POS with out carriers blocking it.
  • Leaving it unresolved for extended periods of time until they get around to correcting the glitch. Makes it very frustrating for the business owner and hard to run the business.
  • Note: Indica Online drops items. I have sent over frequent screenshots of outright errors and they do nothing.
