Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's certainly the best software that is helping us manage our appointments. I love how features rich is this app and all the reminders.
- They understand the needs of their customers and will go to great lengths to achieve their happiness and satisfaction. The system is very easy to use once you get set up properly.
- I just did an SMS marketing to sell Masks for coronavirus and I was flooded with customer calls and I loved it. Great user friendly and customer support.
Cons
- In the set up phase I made a few mistakes, which lost my set up a couple of times, duplicated everything another.
- IMO, the only thing missing was the quote feature and it has been added literally 2 days ago.
- I am on the older version and I wish I had access to every function of the software on my mobile device. I'm going to switch to the new software and this should fix this problem.
Pros
- Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.
- My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.
- Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
- It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
