Pros/Cons
Pros
- I would also like to highlight the HQ, which is an awesome feature. The team of HQ support is amazing and well qualified to solve the issues.
- I love their efforts in constantly working on the software to make it the best of its kind. The take customers' suggestions and review and implement it if it is feasible.
- This is just the beginning, pros also include good support from their assure care team and a timely resolution of of the reported issues in most of the cases.
Cons
- Customer service is very bad and all employees are cheater once they take amount from customers after they are not responded to customer in any condition.
- Very bad customer suport. They will stop interacting if thy are unable to solve problems.
- But majority of them are useless for HQ customers having central pricing and offer management. As we have multiple outlets, we are unable to work out offers for our customers centrally.
Pros
- We’re thrilled with WooPOS. It’s reliable, easy to use (even for new staff) and it quickly became the backbone of my daily business operations.
- I like how the WooCommerce applications fit seamlessly within the WordPress platform, which is great as we are already familiar with the interface.
- This works similarly to shopify but as better integration into wordpress, really love this app. Just started using it and I am happy.
Cons
- I've issues with updates not working but I think that was more my fault than the programs.
- Setting it up and things that go wrong are not the easiest for or a non-technical person to figure out on their own.
- If you have any knowledge about Wordpress, the more plugins you utilize the heavier the site gets and the more time it takes to load the site, and the more possible problems can arise.
