I've generally had a good experience with Google Pay. I value the convenience of being able to make payments with only a few taps on my phone, and the software is user-friendly and intuitive. It helps me in day to day transactions and really convenient to use, it's really reliable and easy to pay bills and add bank accounts on it, I love that we can view previous payments and can even chat and get confirmation, as well as instant notifications and sms confirmation

The bank servers go down atleast once a month and it becomes an inconvenience, as well as sometimes it shows entered incorrect pin to many times when accidentally entered pin wrong once and gets blocked for an entire day

I love that I don’t have to carry my bank card with me anymore.
