My favorite online ordering service
Overall, GrubHub has been great. You get much better deal than if you order from restaurants directly. You can also browse an find new places you never heard about before.
PROSStarted using them more during the Pandemic. Selection is great. You can easily find a place you know, as well as browse through selections. Once you become a user you will receive the promotions quiet often. $5 off, 7$off, etc. You can choose delivery or pickup.
CONSI never encountered any issues. I heard someone complaint they do not recieve promotions, but as I mentioned, you only receive them if you order t least once a while.

Very Similar to Competitors
Overall, my experience with GrubHub is not much different than my experience with DoorDash, Postmates, or most other food delivery applications. I alternate between using these 3 apps in particular quite regularly.
PROSGrubHub's mobile app is intuitive and easy to navigate, their customer service is top notch, and on a more granular level, the ability to search past orders differentiates GrubHub from its competitors. They are also incredibly communicative if an order you've placed requires cancellation, as they send out a text, email, and even call you to notify you. Their additional fees tend to be less than services like Postmates or DoorDash as well.
CONSGrubHub does seem to have a noticeably limited selection of restaurants compared to DoorDash or Postmates. This setback in and of itself may lead me to seek out an alternative food delivery app, considering the majority of its features are comparable, if not identical, to its competitors.

GrubHub's Technology Lags That of Other Ordering and Delivery Services for Restaurant Owners
Of the ordering and delivery services we tried (GrubHub, UberEATS, DoorDash and Postmates) GrubHub cost us more per dollar of business that it generated, its system worked less well than the other ones (and wasted more of our time due to its sluggish app/tablet), and generated less revenue for us. We kept it because it delivered a small number of orders, and we didn't want to lose those.
PROSThey were useful in that some customers want to order via GrubHub - perhaps because they have seen GrubHub's TV commercials, for example - and if you want to get these customers' orders, you have to sign up for GrubHub and have its tablet booted and sitting on your counter for the orders to come in.
CONSGrubHub generated far less business than DoorDash and UberEATS. However, that might reflect regional preferences (we are in Washington state). Orders did pick up on GrubHub when it launched its partnership with Amazon.GrubHub charges a percentage that was higher than the other ordering/delivery platforms. Also, when we started working with them, GrubHub charged an additional credit card processing fee above and beyond what it charges for ordering and delivery. So, you are told you will be charged, say, 30%, but then you find yourself paying an additional 3% for credit card processing. This compared to 28% and *no* credit card processing fee with DoorDash.GrubHub's system works less well than the other ordering and delivery platforms. Their app is slow to respond to commands, which becomes a big disadvantage when working at the counter of a busy restaurant - you need those fractional bits of time to attend to other priorities.GrubHub seemed to ignore the time we told their app that we could have an order ready to be picked up. We tell them it'll take a half hour, but the driver arrives in 10 minutes. This makes for a frustrated driver and it is unpleasant to tell them we don't have the order they are seeking.
Reason for choosing GrubHub
We already had UberEATS. Customers were talking about all the other online ordering and delivery systems. It seemed like they talked most about GrubHub, so we chose them as the second vendor to work with. It was a bad decision - we should have gone with DoorDash. When we added DoorDash more than a year later, it quickly came to deliver more business to us, and at a lower price.

A usable food delivery app
I only use Grubhub when I have a coupon because it is too expensive. If you have a lot of money, then you can order whatever you want.
PROSGrubhub offers a large selection of restaurants. Whether you want to eat Italian, American, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, you can order food through Grubhub. And Grubhub's coverage area is also very wide. I have not been to a city where Grubhub cannot be used.
CONSGrubhub is really expensive. First of all, the price of each dish is a certain percentage higher than the price on the restaurant’s menu. Second, you need to pay service fees, shipping, and tips. The price of using Grubhub to order a meal may be 1.5 times that of a meal in a restaurant. Moreover, Grubhub does not support ordering dishes from multiple restaurants at once. Chowbus already supports one-time ordering of dishes from 5 or 6 nearby restaurants, but Grubhub can only order one.

Overall love it, i especially get great California burritoes
PROSI usually am always a fan of grubhub for it's ease of getting food delivery though sometimes the delivery drivers are not accurate
CONSDelivery drivers have trouble finding my address, IDK if it's grubhub's fault, the drivers, or their maps software
Reasons for switching to GrubHub

Gurbhub is my least favorite app to get Grub.
It's wasn't bad but it did not stand out as a particularly amazing app.
PROSThe app is easy to use. The delivery tracking is accurate as well.
CONSThere were not as many Mom and Pop restaurants as I found on DoorDash. It also did not give me deals and promotions like UberEast does.
Reason for choosing GrubHub
I only choose Grubhub at first. Once I used the other apps, I switched to them permanently.

CONSThe prices and promotion's don't always work as advertised . The drivers sometimes take your food and complete the delivery without the food being delivered.

Great App, Though a Bit Slow
It has been great, their customer service is stellar and always quick/helpful, I just wish they would update items more and make the app a little bit more manageable in terms of speed.
PROSI love the amount of different restaurants that are nearby and listed, I loved being able to filter orders as well.
CONSIt can be very slow to load, especially on the mobile version, and I don't often see any updates to menus when new items are added at different restaurants.

Grubhub Ordering
We use Grubhub to order food for team events and so far they have done a great job.
PROSGrubhub makes food ordering easy and straightforward for work and business events. I like the clean design of the platform and the easy order management and follow-up with support.
CONSThey have added a bunch of new charges and fees which add up with the order. The support has been a bit sketchy at times.

Great food ordering platform
Good and satisfactory experience I must say with ordering food through grubhub
PROS1. Has integrations with almost all the restaurants 2. Reliable ordering and payment processing 3. Good customer service for issues with orders like late or wrong or not good 4. Grubhub plus is a good addition for less money providing lot of premium features and reduced service rates and free delivery
CONS1. Service fees se a bit high and charges small restaurants per order commission which can be very less profitable for them.

Affordable Meals
My overall experience with app was alright, it really depends on the location at which you are using the app as it the number of restaurants using this app can be limited compared to other apps.
PROSThe app provides a decent platform for food delivery and ordering services, with local restaurants. Dpending on the location of the store sometimes this plat form provides cheaper options than other mobile food delivery apps.
CONSWhen I first downloaded the app it took a few tries for it to recognize and load the location to show possible options even with strong network bandwidth on my phone. The app however has more average layout and bit of a unclear navigation as to the distance or where your food is . The prices also sometimes goes higher for the delivery and services fees, doesn't seem to have a consistent price (this is not taking into account tips).

Grubhub Review
I love the number of options it offers in my city. I can easily hop on the app and order food to my doorstep in minutes. Super convenient and easy to use, especially since the pandemic.
CONSSometimes I'm frustrated with the fees. Seem to be excessive sometimes. I've also had restaurants not available to me during normal business hours. Might be an error on the restaurant side of things and not Grubhub though.

Almost always had problems with my order
I liked the ease of ordering something online. There was a decent selection of places to choose from for food delivery.
CONSI almost always had a bad experience. The last few times I ordered, the order arrived much later than promised by the delivery service and the food was cold by the time I got it. I also had a lot of issues of the order not being correct. Customer service was difficult to deal with in addressing these issues, especially compared to other food delivery services.

Food at your Fingertips with Perks in Tow
I have had several very good experiences using GrubHub, in particular, with coupons. Saving money is a big deal to me, and when ordering via apps, I definitely choose the one with coupons over one that doesn't have one available.
PROSGrubHub is easy to access, easy to use, and makes the stress of acquiring a meal when you're hungry very minimal. They keep you updated on when your order is ready, and are effective at keeping to their delivery times.
CONSI haven't experienced any challenges with this software.

Great for a night of no cooking, and an excellent client gift
I highly suggest this food delivery method.
PROSGrubHub is a go-to when I don't feel like cooking. We also started using this as client gifts. It is extremely easy to order gift cards and send them virtually to coworkers and clients. We replaced our yearly holiday popcorn gifts with GrubHub gift cards, which is a great move in this pandemic.
CONSThe delivery rates can be a little bit high, but the usability is great.

GrubHub is still a strong contender for ordering food
I had a positive experience with GrubHub, overall. I would use it again.
PROSGrubHub was the first food delivery service I tried. The ease of ordering and the clear definition of what you get with each vendor was something I liked.
CONSI got a completely wrong order a couple of times. This is probably not the fault of the app, but of the kitchen staff or driver. However, GrubHub did work with me when I called customer service one of the times.

Foodies unite!!!
I like grubhub but not any better than uber eats or door dash. I go with whichever app has the best deal or special or if I have a good coupon for any of these apps.
PROSI like that u can get food delivered by places that wouldn’t normally deliver to you. I also enjoy that this app is easy to navigate and easy to use.. all it takes is your order and your card of choice.
CONSI don’t like that they auto renew you for their grub hub pass (for free delivery or special deals) and I dislike how NONE of the drivers that work for grubhub can EVER find my apartment...even though I put VERY specific directions in my profile.. in their defense their Gps has to be awful.
