Pros
- I also love that there is a numerous amount of restaurants and food options to choose from. The customer service is always phenomenal, and I haven’t had any problems with this app.
- Delivery was not too long and our driver was very polite. We even got free delivery through the app.
Cons
- I think this is especially bad for local places that aren’t chains. The restaurants don’t even know about this either because I’ve personally called several and told them what was going on.
- It's costly at points - service fees. It can be unnecessary to pay costs for simply delivery, upon the price of tip already.
Pros
- Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.
- We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.
Cons
- Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.
- The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.
