Initially, just trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible. The fees are outrageous for support and transmission.

Every prescription will have to be manipulated in order to ring it in, due to the fact that when the POS is down, whatever has been entered into the system will not link to the POS.

There are no real Ques for REfill manager, For New Rx Manager, Faxed Prescriptions, Trouble shooting or rejected prescriptions.

Rx30 is very user friendly and simple to use, once you spend time learning the menus, which are themselves easy to navigate.

Usual problems are due to my own operational issues.

I am very happy with this software. It does what it needs to do and the customer service is exceptional.

With this software, you have absolute control operation with all the interfaces, which allows you to not have to make other investments, easy handling  THE BEST.

The customer support people are very nice, but there needs to be a greater amount of people to address the problems. The software is adequate.

Very feature rich, supports almost every pharmacy management function desired.

WE wasted a lot of time on training, lot of time on the phone trying to solve issues/problems with the help desk. They dont call back many times.

While under warranty my server went down. It took the entire day with no software to get up and running on an alternate computer in the pharmacy.

The Reject button (F5) on RPH verfication screen allows you to REJECT a prescription with reason, but it has no purpose since it does not send the prescription back to the tech.

Very easy to transition to them, training staff was great.

Lots of confusion occurs at the register because it is slow and tedious to use. My experience over has been costly.

This software is capable to do all the functions the more expensive software systems can do at a better price.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It used to be incredible the past year has been TERRIBLE.

It is LINUX based, so report generating and tracking is very difficult to anyone who was raised in the 21st century. Building compounds and billing was also very labor intensive.

I will definitely not purchase Rx30 again and highly recommend buying a different pharmacy software.

What I like most about this software is that I have grown accustom to using the program.

RX30 is an intuitive pharmacy software system that is capable to do the many different functions.

Representative will suggest to speak to the office to open an appointment to you. Sorry, that doesn’t work for most offices guys.

It seems too good to be true because it's free, but there's no catch and it's better than you can imagine.

Everything can be scheduled online, request samples online. Integration was quick and easy.

Ease of set-up is very nice. Once you have all your practice info setup and rules.

It has freed up so much time for me and my staff. The implementation was flawless.

Customer service is always helpful and responsive.

We get a lot of complaints from the drug reps about how expensive it is for them to be a member of RXVantage.

It is very user friendly. We are a small office and stay busy.

It's a really good program but I like the old version best.

The product is easy to use. I enter my requirement and the for all to see.

Cancels appointments if Rep does not confirm with 2 days prior to scheduled date.

The feature that allows you to do virtual meetings is a bit of a pain and does fully function as I had hoped. I consistently have issues with being to able to see, hear the rep at the same time.

Very user friendly and easy to create settings for our practice.

Great in principle not so good in execution or access. Like paying for something and getting little.

So easy to use, and has helped our practice tremendously. I would recommend it to anyone that needs extra help in scheduling meetings or lunches.

We do nothing but complete the set-up and update the calendar. Best thing ever  it does not cost the practice anything.

I do not have to coordinate rep visits as they can select the preferred day and time based on availability, and it is so easy to use. It is one less thing I have to be responsible for managing.

It is so easy for our company to use. We enjoy all aspects of the software.

RXVantage allows you to schedule visits with physician offices to market your product with them. It's a great service that is easy to use.

I have had a few complaints from my vendors, stating that it is not easy to use on their side, however I personally do not have any complaints.

Overall it has been very helpful saved myself time and the organization money by the ease of use.

The ease of switching from phone calls daily to having the lunches booked online by the pharma reps has been amazing.

Because large companies can monopolize the time.

In many cases, this is almost as bad as having offices that do no lunches.

There is no cost to the practice. That would have been a deal breaker if there was a cost).

The customer service is always on point, ready to help whenever we need them.

All levels of personnel use the program and are able to maneuver through the system with ease.

My staff and I enjoy the simplicity and ease of use.

My overall experience has been great and I love it. I communicate with all of my representative and I find it easy to navigate.

This platform allows the ease of scheduling online and ease of viewing when our providers need to be available to chat with our reps.

Sometimes the auto cancel is confusing other than that nothing.

When we have encountered any issues RxVantage has been very quick and responsive to help resolve any these for us or our Reps.
