  • Pros

  • The ease of use and detailed reports are amazing. The fact that it integrates easily into my website is awesome.
  • The integration of booking, sales, email and text messages is awesome. I have recommended Helm to several of my friends who own businesses, none of who own float centers.
  • Cons

  • We held back from using Helm for a while because of the poor mobile experience, but the pros to the software started to out weigh the negatives which is when we decided to make the switch.
  • It was slightly difficult in the beginning to figure out how to set block scheduling for the different services.

  • Pros

  • Stripe's documentation and API are an example for the whole software industry. Clear, easy, polished, powerful amongst it's qualities.
  • It is really good and fast, cheap commissions, good integrations. I recommended on most of the cases.
  • Cons

  • The thing that i hate the least about this is that you cannot get a live person on the phone and you have to deal with issues via their portal, cant manage disputes very well.
  • They don't fight at all for the business. If it is disputed, you'll end up losing money on the transaction.
