Finally someone implemented what I wanted to do
It was very difficult to follow the management of orders coming from different channels from many screens. My operation became much easier and came under my control with the benefits of planning the delivery of many couriers, creating the most ideal delivery list and route, watching the delivery of the couriers live, thus disciplining the couriers. Being able to share clear and accurate information in customer calls increased customer confidence. Watching the customer's order live increased satisfaction. I can manage more workload with less effort and making fewer mistakes.
PROSAn easy to use app where I can control the whole operation. I can follow all orders coming from different channels from a single screen. I can see the positions and waiting times of the pending orders, and I can group and ship accordingly. I can share the status of the order with real data in customer calls. The return forecasts of delivery couriers shed light on my future planning. Couriers save time by taking advantage of the location and phone support in the application. Customers can watch the orders for distribution live and they like it very much.
CONSAt the end of the day, I would like to have information about the kilometers traveled by the Couriers. I would like to see the distance from the restaurant when the order comes. I would like the courier to be able to change the payment type if different payments are made on collections. When the couriers are assigned a task, I would like them to warn or take an automatic "take off" action if they go out for delivery without doing the "leave" action. Similarly, I would like it to alert or automatically take action when the "delivered" action does not occur. Couriers often forget about them.

TraceItUp has an interface where our customers can write a comment and rate our delivery services. These reviews can only be seen by our administrative team and we could act upon negative ones right away. Such features allowed us to make it right for our customer and avoid negative reviews on public platforms.
PROSOur restaurant is in a very competitive high quality food delivery business where we need such solutions to make sure there are no loose ends throughout our services. TraceItUp allows us to micro manage our delivery schedule to a point where we could prepare the order just in time for our next delivery personnel's arrival. Therefore, customers could receive their meal in the best possible state. Such detail greatly helps us to get the edge over the competition.
CONSPrevious orders page can greatly benefit from more detailed search parameters such as date range.

Customer service! They are very attentive and fast with their responses. You can immediately realize that they are sincerely like to help you out which is very hard to come by these days.
Reasons for switching to TraceItUp
Previous solution did not have most economic SMS agreements from local providers, so we could not use the SMS function to notify our customers with their order status and its whereabouts. When notified, most customers prepare themselves to greet us and accept their delivery which lets our delivery team return back to the restaurant much faster.

Easier management with data driven decision making
We didn't had any information about the order count based on customers' locations. Thanks to TraceItUp's order intensity map, we discovered from which neighborhoods we are taking enough our orders and which neighborhoods we need to focus. We use this map in decision making process for our new investments and marketing activities. For instance, we know the locations where more orders are received with TraceItUp. When we want to open a new branch, this information helps us to make the right decision for new branch location. Live tracking of my whole fleet is also an essential benefit for us. I decide when to start preparing the order based on ETA of courier. Couriers never waste time on the road back to restaurant because they know that a manager is watching them. This also helps me to change my restaurant status as busy/closed much more accurately.

Everything is more simple
Knowing the neighborhood was a criteria for us in hiring process of a courier before TraceItUp. Now, courier clicks just one button and fastest way to the customer's location is on his screen. Sms with a tracking link to the customer makes us look more professional. Also, customers don't call us to ask questions anymore. Our business is growing day by day. TraceItUp enables us to adapt and act much faster.

CONSWe are using different platforms to get orders; YemekSepeti, Getir, Trendyol and our own website. We can see all orders on our homepage but we need to view order details to understand the source platform. It would be nice to see the source on active orders list.

Multiple Platforms All Together
I can manage multiple order platforms on one page. Our customers love tracking sms. We got very nice feedbacks about tracking. Our customers don't call us to ask where their order is. This was a huge waste of time before TraceItUp. Also, calling the driving courier was creating a security problem. We created a bonus system based on courier's TraceItUp rating and customer feedbacks rating. We manage the kitchen order based on courier's location to keep them working efficently. Live tracking and ETA to the restaurant let me run my organisation with less employee.

CONSTraceItUp doesn't support partial payment (50% cash - 50% credit card). We need to keep records ourselves

Much less calls from customers
I can answer "Where is my order?" calls from customers with exact location or time. I know if my couriers are really working or messing around. I can prepare the orders based on my couriers location to run the business with high efficency. New delivery is usually ready when courier comes back to the restaurant.I can detect my customer intensity based on location. Sometimes I choose to stop serving to certain neighborhoods with low order quantity.
