"Quick and easy to navigate the site and offer the option to use your food stamps."

"Everything always comes well packaged and delivered right to my door. If I have any issues with my order (rare occasions), I can simply report it in the app and receive a refund."

"Terrible customer service to burden your customers with fees when you can’t meet your own service promises. "

"The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes."
